I have had the opportunity to find the right profiles with e-stimate as an effective wingman. We needed a tool to assist our recruitment- and education of team managers on NorthSide and Tinderbox. The four colors and eight facets in the e-interpersonal profile makes it simple to use as a talking point and they are a good baseline for a common understanding of main competences as well as personal development points.

At the same time, e-stimate generally offers a wide range of opportunities to be linked. For example, the team profle, which helped us to a better understanding of the composition of more profiles, who should work closely and intense together at the festivals.
