Recruitment and headhunting

Together with e-stimate, we have developed our own digital platform for recruitment and headhunting. Everytime a candidate fills out his/her profile and IQ-test, we can see and analyze the results directly on the platform. The profile and test results are also used in the presentation of candidate fields for the company.

We chose e-stimate as business partner because they were able to create an economic and flexible digital solution with a personality test and IQ-test incorporated into our own system.
