You sign up for the certification by filling out the form beside. A few days after your registration, you will receive an welcome email from your instructor with materials for your preparation before the first online meeting.

Program

  • Module 1 – Theoretical Foundation

Meeting Times

  • Module 1: Oct. 10th 9-13 CEST
    Module 2: Oct. 17th 9-15 CEST

Optional sessions

  • Two optional sessions can be attended according to your preference. These are scheduled as detailed below:
  • Introduction to e-fivefactor profile: Oct. 31st 10-11 CET
    Follow-up session: Nov. 7th 10-12 CET

  • 16,500 DKK excluding VAT

Certification Process

Below you can see how a certification in e-stimate’s profile and assessment tools progresses

Sign Up

The process begins when you click 'Sign Up' after completing the registration form.

Self-Study

Upon registration, you will receive your digital e-academy certification materials, which include videos, links to articles, and other relevant materials.

The material covers the content of a traditional course day – and since this part is self-study, you can manage when it suits you best to go through the material.

Module 1

Next, you will participate in an online course day from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

During the online course day, the self-study material will be reviewed with an instructor, and you will also receive login credentials for your own consultant page. This allows you to start training and become familiar with both the platform and the profiles.

Module 2

The second module is from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This module focuses on the practical application of profiles, and we train in all the practical aspects:

  • Team workshop
  • Interpretation of team profiles
  • Interpretation of individual profiles
  • Training in individual handovers

Training Period

As part of the certification, there is a hands-on training period where you must complete a minimum number of profile handovers.

Note: The profiles for training are included in the price, as well as individual support and coaching with your instructor.

Completion of Certification

Your certification concludes with a digital self-test, and you will receive your certificate once the test is passed.

As a certified e-stimate consultant, you will have unlimited access to all profile and assessment tools, as well as process materials on our platform.
